| The prime suspect in our long string of vehicle burglaries was arrested in Devonshire on May 31, Saturday, at 3:30am. Our overnight patrol officer saw the suspect in our neighborhood and began chasing him on foot. The suspect was booked on charges of evading arrest and for an outstanding warrant for a vehicle burglary previously committed in our neighborhood. Two items worth noting here: 1) The suspect had a warrant for his arrest because a previous crime he committed in our neighborhood was reported to the police. Please report all criminal activity to the police. 2) Your membership dues allow us to hire these police officers to patrol our neighborhood after their regular duty shift. This arrest was made because we paid a police officer to be here. The money we pay the police officers comes from the dues you pay us. Please pay your dues!
